Megan Uotila of Mooresville, NC is the CEO and co-founder of AllBoss. She started AllBoss with her 11-year-old son Tate as a way to help him with his small business, SnackBoss. AllBoss makes custom carts for kids and businesses. These carts are small mobile storefronts that come with branding, merchandise, and uniforms. Megan also works as a VP of Instructional Technology for ClassLink and is a UC Irvine Alumni. Megan is mother to four children and is an advocate for neurodiversity. She is passionate about normalizing and destigmatizing neurotypes that are different and special. She has been blessed with a son with Down Syndrome, a son who is Autistic and a son with ADHD. She considers her children to be the light of her life and her greatest inspiration.
